New T-Shirt design covers new markets, sex, and government

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 26 April, 2009 : - - Hah ! A Surfersvillage contibutor has submitted a contribution that covers a lot more that just our upper body parts. The photo above is what was contributed to us, and suggests quite a few questions as follows;-

1. Is this a new t-shirt design by surf-brands attempting to reach new markets
2. Is this an admission by a sex-addict that any sort of sex at all is gratifying
3. Is this an admission that the wearer is in bed with the goverment
4. Is this a statement that sex and goverment is a black & white matter
5. Is this an opposition party campaign t-shirt design for election time 
6. Would you wear this t-shirt on a night out on the town
