PLA to Offer Free Surf School at Yakult HB Pro and Gidget Pro Contest this Weekend

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 19 June, 2009 : - - The Professional Longboard Association is excited to announce that the Women’s title sponsor, Gidget Worldwide will be holding a free surf school on Saturday June 20th for kids of all ages. The Surf School will be part of the PLA festivities throughout the weekend, and will be held on the South Side of the Huntington Beach Pier from 11am-1pm.

For the PLA it is the first time they have partnered with anyone to help teach kids how to surf, and with the help od Gidget, look to make this a common theme at all surf contest associated with the PLA.
