Groms rock Moskito Tour at Les Sables D’Olonne, France

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 29 June, 2009 : - - 90 grommets were ready and waiting at 9am sharp at the ‘plage  la Tanchet ’ for the 3 leg of the ‘09 Moskito Tour presented by Electric, Vans, FCS, Channel Islands and Monster Energy Drinks. The event kicked off at 10am with 5 categories- boys under 10, 14, 12, 16  and girls. 

A long day got under way with 20-minutes heats but with glassy 2 nice peak on the contest bank. The level of surfing was excellent and 5 hours later we finally completed the first round. for the finals.  For the filanls, the surfers carried out some radical maneouvers and put on a good show.

A great day of contest surfing, where the kids were ripping!! We saw some killer performances from the young generation.  The future of European surfing is bright in this 8th anniversary year of the MOSKITO TOUR presented by Electric, Vans, FCS, Channel Islands and Monster Energy Drinks
