Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 15 October, 2009 : - - I love New York! The sounds, the smells and of corse the waves. It's been a good run so far for the Jellyfish in the Empire State and this past event was one for the memory banks. Event winners Sam Hammer, Pat Schmidt, PJ Raia and Quincy Davis all went home with a ton of product and points leading up to the next event of the series in New Jersey.

Thanks to all 69 surfers who attended the event and we hope to see all of you at Casino Pier for the final event. Check out the video and photos below. have a nice day! Sam Hammer admits to having all of his VQS trophies on a wall in his house. Sam adding another one to the collection. He took the Top Spot in the Pro-Am Division as well as $500 bucks.
