Ocean & Earth International signs Stuart Kennedy to the team
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 23 November, 2009 : - - Sydney -- Ocean & Earth International Pty Ltd are proud to announce the signing of Stuart Kennedy, ASP Australasian 2008 Pro Junior Champion to the Ocean & Earth Surf Accessory Team.
“O&E was the first leg rope I ever had, so there’s a feeling of going back to my roots as well as creating an exciting new future. I really enjoy being part of the product development and I can’t wait to get my own signature pad and do some surfing that inspires. Thanks O&E.” said Stuart Kennedy.
“O&E have been a world leader in surf accessories for a long time – and their history and credibility were decisive factors in Stu signing. Whether it is the way he trains or rides waves, Stu is always trying to lead, so it was important for Stu to sign with a company that commits to the same values. He also has a lot of respect for WCT surfer Bobby Martinez, another O&E rider and is pumped to share the journey of high performance with some new friends.” Matt Griggs: Spartan Management.
Under the terms of the agreement, Stuart Kennedy will exclusively use and endorse Ocean & Earth-branded surf accessories. "Stuart is a very talented surfer, and lets his surfing do the talking and we are stoked to have him on the team. Stuart will be designing his own signature pad, which will be out in mid 2010” said Paul Munten, Ocean & Earth’s International Chief Executive Officer.
Ocean & Earth’s brand globally has been built on its reputation in the surf and snow markets for the last 30 years. Ocean & Earth’s International, currently distributes to 37 countries and is clearly the leading surf accessories company in the world.
