United Style Expo leads to SUP Center

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 11 March, 2010 : - - The SUP market is growing stronger in Japan with Focus Surfboards & OMBAK announcing the first Focus SUP Center retail store opening in Osaka, Japan, Summer 2010.

The Stand Up Paddleboard market in Japan is gaining popularity, and gaining it very quickly.  Focus™ Surfboards attended the United Style Expo, INTERSTYLE, held this past February 2010 in Yokahama, Japan.  Nitzan Benhaim, Focus™ partner, and Focus paddleboard team rider Ikaika Kawai were there to witness the excitement first hand. 

In fact, and largely in response to such enthusiasm, the very first Focus™ SUP Center  retail store is currently under construction, and will be open in Osaka, Japan early summer 2010. “We had an amazing reaction from our booth at the 2010 United Style Expo Yokahama,” says Jacob Benvzi, a Focus™ Founder. “People are completely excited about our custom-made Japan lineup. We are very happy to be positioned in the right place at the right time.”
