Margaret River blesssed with good waves....... and cows !!
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 18 March, 2010 : - - The Drug Aware Pro 2010 is being blessed with some decent surf and it's heading towards the pointy end with triple overhead waves predicted for Friday. Below are some images from this week, There will also be some free surfing from around the Margaret River area.
The 6 Star Prime Drug Aware Pro at Margaret River continued today (Wedenesday) in solid 2-2.5 m waves with the Round of 96 Men with stand out surfing from Owen Wright (AUS), Taj Burrow (AUS), Bede Durbudge (AUS) and Dusty Payne (HAW).
If you are wondering about the photos of the 'cows', the Cow Parade is the world's most famous public art event. Over 100 talented artists have transformed more than 80 life size 3D cow canvases into works of art. They are to be found 'grazing' at iconic attractions and public spaces through out the Margaret River area.
