Report says shark swam through crowded lineup in San Clemente
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 4 November, 2015 - It's one of Southern California's most famous surf breaks. What if it had a shark problem? A recent 3-second YouTube clip shows what appears to be a shark's dorsal fin out the back.
Aarron Salas of YouTube surfboard review channel “Surf Show and Tell” caught the potential shark sighting this week and reports there about 30 surfers in the lineup at the time.
Reports are that no one noticed the shark as it swam through the lineup. The sighting has also not been confirmed by authorities.
Jessica McCafferty Brennan who alerted media outlets to the clip says the ocean temperatures have been surprisingly warm for Southern California recently.
