Bali’s homegrown surfing mag LINES launches first 2013 issue #20

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 20 April, 2013 : - - After some serious cyclone activity over the Indonesian wet season LINES is back in black and white for 2013. This is supposed to be our Photo Issue but we decided to go deeper than just photos and find out what goes into surf photography with a collection of critiques from surf photographers about photographing surf in “a thousand words” that shows the low and high points of doing what they do.

Also inside is more North Shore Hawaii flavor from Mikala Jones sharing with the world his collection of self-portrait photography from inside Indonesian barrels that few have attempted. Saving Indonesian Dolphins, Mentawai Reef Bombing and surfer Usman Trioko from Lombok are other serious issues you have to witness with your own eyes and they are all here plus more in our latest chop off the block of Indonesian surf culture we like to call LINES.
